Every plan is a flat monthly rate — no per-user add-ons. Solo starts at $59/mo (1 user, up to 500 clients), Team at $99/mo (up to 3 users, 1,000 clients), and Team Plus at $149/mo (up to 5 users, 1,500 clients) with annual billing. Monthly billing is also available at $75, $119, and $179/mo respectively. Need more than 5 users? Contact us for a custom Enterprise plan.

No per-client charge. Each plan includes a generous client allowance — Solo supports up to 500 clients, Team up to 1,000, and Team Plus up to 1,500. Need more? Contact us for Enterprise pricing.

Yes. You can upgrade from Solo to Team, or Team to Team Plus, at any time. If you downgrade, you keep full access to all core features and your data stays intact.

Both. US firms are billed in USD and Canadian firms are billed in CAD — same numerical price in either currency, no surprise conversions. Use the USD ↔ CAD toggle on this page to switch the displayed currency. Cross-border firms can pick whichever currency works best for their accounting.
